How do I reset my password?

There are two ways to reset your password:

• Reset your password with your existing username and password
• Reset your password with your current password

Reset your password with your existing username and password

1. Log in to Twig Science using your current username and password.
2. Click on the person icon to navigate to your profile.
3. A sub navigation bar will appear, select My Profile.
4. Scroll down to the password section.
5. Click Update Password.
6. Type in your current password, then click Confirm Password.
7. You now need to enter your new password. Your password should be 8 characters long and contain at least one lowercase letter and 1 number.
8. Click Save New Password.
9. You should now use your new password and existing username to log in to Twig Science.

Reset your password with your current password

1. Go to the login page at Twig Science. https://app.twigscience.com/login
2. Click Forgot Password?
3. Select either: I am a teacher, school admin, or district owner or I am a student. A student cannot change their password, and will be told to contact their teacher.
4. If a teacher, please input you District ID and your Username. Please contact your District Administrator if you do not know your District ID or Username.
5. You should now check your email address to reset your password. If you do not receive an email please contact your District Administrator.
