To use Twig Science platforms successfully, your network bandwidth and device hardware must meet the minimum system requirements. Please configure your firewall permissions for the Allowed URLs on the specified ports.
Twig Science platforms are web applications, so you should access them through a supported web browser. You won't need to download or install any applications.
Twig Science requires an internet connection capable of streaming video playback.
- 3 Mbps network bandwidth per teacher (minimum).
- 300Kbps network bandwidth per student (minimum).
In order for teachers and students to experience the full Twig Science platform, ensure the following URLs are safelisted by your firewall. Please contact the IT administrator for your school or district to help with this.
