Sessions can be assigned to students from the Lesson Explorer. All assigned sessions can then be tracked or shared from the Assignments Center.

How to navigate to the Lesson Explorer
- From your dashboard click Teach.
- Now click Lesson Explorer.
How to assign all sessions at once
- From the Lesson Explorer you can either;
- drill down content using the drop down menu,
- browse through the lessons available for your chosen grade.
- Navigate to your chosen lesson.
- Now select Assign all sessions.
Selecting classes and students
- To select classes and students for this assignment, click the +.
- Select one class or multiple classes from the Class dropdown.
- When you select a class, it will be listed in the Class Dropdown. To remove a class click on the icon.
- Selected classes will now appear below.
- You can click Show students to see a list of students for each class. Here you can assign each session to individual students.
- Click checkbox underneath the session to select all students in the class for this session.
- When you've selected your classes and students, scroll down to select a start and end date for your assignment.
Selecting dates
Choose your start and end dates for each session.
- To select dates and times for this assignment, click the +.
- The start date is when the assignment will appear on your student's dashboard. The end date is when your students should submit the assignment by.
- When you have selected dates and times, click Assign.
Share options
You can now track your assigned lessons in the Assignment Center.
From the Assignment Center you can share lessons using URL, Google Classroom or Microsoft Teams.
Note
If you assign sessions individually, share options will appear after you assign the lesson.
For multiple lessons, share options can be found in the Assignment Center by clicking Actions.
How to assign individual sessions
- From the Lesson Explorer you can either;
- drill down content using the drop down menu.
- browse through the lessons available for your chosen grade
- Navigate to your chosen lesson.
- Now scroll down to the Content table.
- Click the three dots at the side of your chosen session.
- Select Assign.

- To select classes and students for this assignment, click the +.
