Teachers within each school can share edited assessments. District administrators have the option to disable this sharing permission via the District Administrator Dashboard. By default, this feature is enabled for all districts.

Step by Step Guide
- Log in with your District Administrator account. Navigate to the Assessment Center.
- Click Settings.
- Click Assessment Sharing Permission for Teachers.
- Sharing permissions will be enabled as default. To switch off sharing for teachers, click the checkbox. Administrators and District Administrators will still be able to share assessments.
- Click Update.
- Any previously shared assessments by teachers will be removed from their Shared with Me tab. Teachers will no longer be able to share their edited assessments. To switch off teacher sharing permissions, click YES, I'D LIKE TO PROCEED.
Note
The ability to share edited assessments will no longer be available. The only assessments available under the Shared with Me tab will be from Administrators. Any shared assessments which have been assigned to students will still exist as an assigned assessment.
