Traverse: Printing student login cards

Administrators and Teachers can print student login cards for the groups (classes) or individual students under their purview. Administrators at more than one school can also print cards for the entire school.

Login cards include the URL that students use to access Traverse, unique username, a place to write a password, and the school’s site code. The cards also contain a QR code that can be scanned with the device’s camera to log in without a username and password. The first time the QR code is used, students may need to enable the camera to read the QR code.

 

To print login cards for a class/group

  1. Log in to https://api.imaginelearning.com/signin.
  2. Click Users & Classes/Groups in the Product Portal.
  3. Click the Classes/Groups tab.
  4. Select one or more groups.
  5. Click the arrow in the Bulk Actions dropdown, then select Print Login Cards.
  6. Confirm you want to print by clicking Yes, Print Login Card(s).
  7. Verify printer settings. Click Print.
