On July 30, 2026, Twig Science will receive improvements to the login and rostering processes. It will now be easier to create and manage student accounts, teacher accounts, and classes. As a result of the planned enhancements, the information in this article will either no longer apply, or the steps to complete this action will be changing.
Instructions for the improved processes are available now for preview from the new Setup and Account Management tile at the bottom of the Imagine Classroom Help Center home page. Reach out to Imagine Learning Product Support if you have questions or need assistance determining how to proceed.
If you roster your district data via CSV upload, you can browse user data on your admin dashboard.

How do I navigate to users data?
Note
To access user data you will need district admin credentials. Please contact support@twigeducation.com if you need help logging into your admin account.
Log into your District Admin or Admin account to see the Admin tools available to you.
To browse users click on the Users tile.
What type of user data can I browse?
User information is broken down into 5 different tabs:
- School Admins
- Teachers
- Students
- Schools
- Classes
You can view:
- Name
- Email address
- School
You can also change passwords and view user profiles.
How do I search for specific users?
Select the user role you want from clicking on one of the five tabs. Then type in the search term. Click Reset to go back to view all data.
