Twig Elementary: Sharing edited assessments with other teachers

 Tip

Teacher sharing permissions for assessments are controlled by your District Administrator. If the sharing option described in this article is not available, contact your District Administrator.

You can share any of your custom-edited assessments with other teachers at your school. 

Follow the steps below or jump to the interactive tutorial to find out how to share an assessment.

To share an assessment you've edited:

  1. Log in to Twig Science Elementary.
  2. From the top navigation menu, click Assess and then select Assessments Center.

  3. Twig Science Assessments open on the Assessments Center tab. In the left navigation sidebar, select Assessments Library.

  4. Choose a Collection from the Collection drop-down menu.

  5. Click the My Assessments tab.MyAssessments.png
  6. By the assessment you want to share, click the More options drop-down menu (three dots) and select Share.

  7. Use the checkboxes to select the teachers you want to share the assessment with. checkboxes.png
  8. Click Share.share button.png
  9. Your assessment will now be shared with the selected teachers. The assessment can be found on their account under the Shared with Me tab.Shared with me.png

1. Welcome to our Sharing Assessments Tutorial!

Navigate to your chosen assessment collection in the assessment platform. Any previously edited assessments will appear in the My Assessments tab.

Click My Assessments.

2. Find the edited assessment you want to share.

Then click the Options Menu.

3. Click Share.

4. You can now select Share with All Teachers, or select all the teachers in each School, or select individual teachers. We'll click to select all the teachers in University High School.

5. You can now review the teachers you want to share your assessment with. To remove any teachers click on their checkbox to unselect.

6. When you have the correct teachers selected, click Share.

7. You have shared your assessment successfully!

The assessment will now appear on the selected teacher's assessment tab: Shared with Me.
