On July 30, 2026, Twig Science will receive improvements to the login and rostering processes. It will now be easier to create and manage student accounts, teacher accounts, and classes. As a result of the planned enhancements, the information in this article will either no longer apply, or the steps to complete this action will be changing.
Instructions for the improved processes are available now for preview from the new Setup and Account Management tile at the bottom of the Imagine Classroom Help Center home page. Reach out to Imagine Learning Product Support if you have questions or need assistance determining how to proceed.
You can reset your password in two different ways. If you still know your current password, you can update it directly from your profile. If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t log in, you can request a reset from the login page.

If you do not know your username and password please contact your District Administrator.
Log in to Twig Science using your current username and password.
- Click the person icon to navigate to your profile.
- Click My Profile.
- Scroll down to the Password section.
- Click Update Password.
- Enter your current password and click Confirm Password.
- Enter your new password. Your new password must include:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 number
- Click Save New Password. From now on, use your new password with your existing username to log in to Twig Science.
- Go to the Twig Science login page.
- Click Forgot Password?
- Select either: I am a teacher, school admin, or district owner or I am a student. (Students cannot change their password and will be told to contact their teacher.)
- If you’re a teacher or admin, enter your District ID and Username. Contact your District Administrator if you don’t know them.
- Check your email for a password reset link. If you don’t receive an email, contact your District Administrator.
