You can reset a student’s password from Class Management. Use these steps if a student can’t sign in or needs a new password.
Note
Only teachers or admins can reset student passwords.
Resetting student passwords

Click Manage > Class. - Click the class that contains the student whose password you want to change.
- Click on the eye icon next to the username to access your student’s profile.
- On the student profile, scroll down to the Password section.
- You can now reset your student’s password. The new password will require at least 6 characters.
- Click Save changes.
