Each module in Twig Science Elementary comes with downloadable lists of lab materials. Click on the tab corresponding to your lesson type to view the available resources.
To locate and use Lab Kit materials:
- Log in to Twig Science Elementary.
- Select a grade level from your Teaching Dashboard.

At the top of the list of modules for your selected grade level, click either Lab Kit Materials or Teacher-Supplied Materials and then chose an option from the menu that opens.
Lab Kit Materials
The following items are available by clicking Lab Kit Materials. These resources outline what you'll get when you purchase module-specific materials.
Use the table below to learn about each resource.Resource Description Full Course The Full Course list starts with items from the Essentials Kit.
It then displays more specific information organized by Driving Question and lessons.Lab Refills Information pertaining to consumable items you may need to re-stock. Fast Track This resource is similar to the Full Course document but it grays out kit items that are not used in the Fast Track lessons. Lab Kit Introduction video A link to a 5-minute, 20-second video that explains the Module Lab Kit, Refills Kit, and Essentials Kit. Teacher-Supplied Materials:
The following items are available by clicking Teacher-Supplied Materials. These are everyday items (such as rulers or paper) that are not included in the lab kits but are needed to complete the labs.

Teacher-Supplied A list of materials that are not included in your product purchase. These are common, often consumable items you're likely to already have in your science classroom, or can be easily purchased if you don't.
Hands-On Lab Alternatives A list of videos you can use in place of conducting lab work in class. While not all hands-on labs can be replaced by a video, the ones that can be are indexed in this resource.
