Twig Elementary: Adding a grade level to the Curriculum Progression section of the Teacher Dashboard

 Permission

Teachers assigned to at least 1 class/group can access this feature. This feature is not available to Administrators.

The Curriculum Progression section of the Teacher Dashboard shows where your lesson fits within the Grade, Module, and Driving Question structure. It allows you to quickly navigate to all lessons in your chosen grade and to see at a glance any lessons you have completed.

This example of a Teacher Dashboard shows the Curriculum Progression section populated with lessons from Grade 2 and Grade 3.

To work with the Curriculum Progression section of the Teacher Dashboard:

  1. The Curriculum Progression tracker is dependent upon the My Lessons section. Prior to pinning any lessons in the My Lessons section, your Curriculum Progression tracker will be empty.

  2. Pin a lesson to your My Lessons section to simultaneously populate the Curriculum Progression section. You only need to pin any 1 lesson from a grade level to bring that entire grade level into the tracker. All modules, Driving Questions, and lessons for that grade will be listed.

     Notes

    • If you had pinned lessons prior to the navigation and account management changes in Twig Science on July 30, 2026, you'll need to re-pin them.
    • When you have more than 1 grade populated in your tracker, navigate between them using the grade-level tabs that appear at the top of tracker.
