Site Admins can archive users, and also restore access to archived users, on their customer site. An archived user will not be able to log in, and all created assignments will be closed. In this article, you will learn about:

Archiving an individual user
- Log in with your Site Admin account.
- Click your profile icon at the top-right corner.
- From the drop-down menu, click Admin.
- Select the Users tab in the Site Admin page.
- Search for the user, then click the Actions dropdown for the desired user.
- In the Actions menu, click Archive.
- On the confirmation screen, click Archive again to remove the user's access.
- The archived user now appears on the Users page with a gray background and includes the date the user was archived.
Restoring access to an archived user
- Log in with your Site Admin account.
- Click your profile icon at the top-right corner.
- From the drop-down menu, click Admin.
- Select the Users tab in the Site Admin page.
- Search for the user, then click the Actions dropdown for the desired user.
- To restore access to an archived user, follow steps 1-5 above, then in the Actions menu, click Unarchive.
- On the confirmation screen, click the blue Unarchive button to restore the user's access.
- The restored user now appears on the Users page with a white background and will be able to log in with the last password used.
